OneTab AI, an AI-powered SaaS platform transforming software development by integrating project management and automation into a seamless workflow, has raised $3.3 million in seed funding, co-led by LIT Fund and Orbit, with participation from a Singapore-based family office, SOSV, Sunil Kumar Singhvi, and the companyās founders.
The capital infusion will accelerate the development of OneAsk, an AI-driven agent designed to transform the software development life cycle (SDLC).
Founded in November 2023 by Saket Dandotia, Sonal Dandotia, and Alok Patil, OneTab AI integrates project management, communication, API development, CI/CD, and AI-driven automation into a single streamlined platform. Addressing inefficiencies in conventional tools like Slack and Asana enhances collaboration and decision-making through intelligent automation.
OneAsk, the companyās flagship AI agent, simplifies software development by consolidating ideation, design, testing, deployment, and analytics into a unified workflow. Powered by open-source large language models (LLMs), it automates manual tasks, optimizes code generation, and enhances real-time communication for developers and businesses.
Indiaās SaaS Market Booms with AI Investments
With proprietary LLMs OneGPT and OneCode, OneTab AI ensures AI-powered project management, coding assistance, and automated quality assurance while prioritizing data privacy through private hosting. The platformās subscription-based SaaS model offers tiered pricing, catering to teams of all sizes.

The demand for AI-driven automation has positioned Indian SaaS companies as global investor favorites, thanks to a high-quality yet cost-effective talent pool.
