Nisha Madhulika is an Indian YouTube chef. She started as a recipe-blogger after her retirement at 50. As of the date of drafting, Nisha Madulika has 9.3 million subscribers and over 1,500 videos on YouTube. Nisha Madhulika was an accountant at her husband’s software development firm. After shifting to Noida, she took retirement. Then, she became a house-wife and started to serve her family from home. 

One day, Nisha Madhulika realized that even after getting all the stuff done, she had 5-6 hours of free time. She wasn’t like other women in society; Nisha Madhulika wanted to do something. At first, she started giving free tuition to needy kids. Unfortunately, the idea didn’t work. 

After days of research, she came up with the idea of starting a food blog. She discussed the idea with her husband and began to work on it. Her husband bought a camera so that Nisha Madhulika could upload the recipes with the photos on her blog. Nisha started getting famous & her blog exploded with traffic.

In 2008, Nisha Madhulika’s son created a website for her. You can still access Nisha’s web at www.NishaMadhulika.com. She started to upload the recipes on the site. People liked Nisha Madhulika recipes. She was gaining popularity and fame amongst the people of India. 

After some time, Nisha’s audience was demanding her to upload videos. Making videos wasn’t as simple as creating a blog; it took her some time to complete the wish of her audience.

The Year Nisha Madhulika Started Her YouTube Carrer

In 2011, Nisha Madhulika’s started her YouTube Channel. Her husband was the man behind the camera, and Nisha Madhulika was starring in the videos. At first, she faced a lot of difficulties, as it wasn’t easy to shoot professional videos. Moreover, she had to wrap-up before 9 am as her husband had to leave for office before 9. 

Slowly but steadily, subscribes and view count started to rise. Her passion for cooking gave birth to a new source of income. People from all over the world began to appreciate the Nisha Madhulika recipes!

Career Highlights & Achievements

In 2012, Nisha Madhulika got the award of “Recipe Queen of India.” She also got the honor of Top-Chef from Youtube in 2014. In Social Media Summit & Awards 2017, Nisha won the award of Top YouTube Cooking content creator. It’s no surprise that Nisha Madhulika is the face of India’s cooking channels on any social media platform.

On average, Nisha Madhulika’s YouTube channel gets around 28.46 million views. If we multiply the fill rate, which is (0.35) to average views, we’ll get around an average of 8.9 million ad views. Nisha Madhulika’s CPM & CPC average ad rate is about 0.8, so after multiplying it with ad views, we’ll get 7.8m. Now divide the total ad rate with CPM of 1,000, and we’ll get 7.8k dollars.
