Kale Logistics Solutions, a global leader in vertical SaaS logistics solutions, has successfully raised $30 million in Series B funding, spearheaded by Creaegis Advisors LLP, a digital-focused private equity fund.

The latest funding will propel Kale Logistics toward rapid expansion as it continues its mission to revolutionize the global logistics landscape.

Kale Logistics Solutions, known for its transformative impact on global logistics, has entered a new era with the successful closure of its Series B funding round. Building upon the foundation set by a prior Series A investment from Inflexor Ventures in 2020, this capital infusion marks a pivotal moment in the company’s journey.

The company’s Chairman, Vipul Jain, expressed his optimism and said, “We are delighted to partner with Creaegis because of our shared vision for the business, their track record, and understanding of the SaaS and tech products space on a global scale.”

Pioneering Digital Transformation in Logistics

Kale Logistics Solutions has been at the forefront of digital transformation in the logistics industry. Its vertical SaaS solutions have led to significant digital overhauls in over 100 airports and ports worldwide.

With a clientele spanning more than 36 countries, Kale Logistics is a leader in designing digital trade platforms aligned with sustainability and data harmonization goals advocated by global trade bodies.

The logistic startup aims to simplify the intricacies of cargo movement and associated processes at airports and seaports worldwide. Leveraging cloud-native integrated platforms and ERP solutions, Kale facilitates real-time collaboration, providing end-to-end visibility for every function and shipment in motion.

Prakash Parthasarathy, Managing Partner & CEO of Creaegis, said, “Kale, with its category-defining Cargo Community Platforms and suite of SaaS solutions, is at the forefront of this disruption by digitizing and automating end-to-end cargo operations in airports and seaports.”

Creaegis will support Kale Logistics’s expansion plans, particularly in North America and Europe.

Shaping the Future of Logistics

The “Cargo Community Platform,” the company’s flagship product, provides a single data source to support operational flows and make it easier for two parties to share trade-related data without using paper.

Amar More, co-founder of Kale Logistics Solutions, said, “With the right team on our side and the tremendous customer confidence we enjoy, we believe that our ground-breaking technology innovation will shape the future of the logistics industry.”

It currently has locations in more than 100 ports and airports worldwide, serving over 5,500 customers from 36 nations. While Kale Logistics is yet to submit its FY23 financials, it recorded FY22 sales of INR 52.63 crore.

Kale Logistics’ Series B funding, led by Creaegis Advisors, underscores the company’s commitment to globalizing global logistics with a strong vision and strategic partnerships.
