What challenges do the at-home diagnostic care face, and how are you taking up on those challenges to keep Promiso relevant?
The diagnostics process is antiquated in one-click shopping and on-demand/Insta-fulfilment everything. Customers expect faster services and transparency in the quality process, whereas businesses expect ease of integration with digital systems for managing complex operations.
Quality and patient safety are paramount for home diagnostics, and robust SOP’s and NABL guidelines must be included in digital workflows.
The three critical metrics for at-home diagnostics are Customer Experience -CSAT, Fulfilment rate and Turn Around time. The challenge is consistently delivering on these metrics with high-quality service, customer experience, and the correct cost.
Would you please elaborate on how Promiso is pioneering in helping its partner expand its business?
Promiso provides an asset-light model of network expansion. The B2B partners won’t have to invest in the capex or logistics for fulfillment across 50+ cities powered on digital workflows with live tracking. They can plan their entire expansion on-demand basis.
Would you please talk with data about the demand for your services and how they will evolve in the future?
