Flipkart’s co-founder Binny Bansal’s SaaS-based consultancy ‘xto10x‘ has acquired HR-Tech startup Dockabl for an undisclosed amount. With the acquisition, xto10x aims to strengthen its product suite, including OKR strategy to execution platform, employee sentiment analysis and engagement platform.
Dockabl helps in human resource management
Founded in 2017, Dockabl is a tool that can help companies in managing their employee reviews, feedback, and objectives and key results (OKRs). Its list of clients includes Indian investment firm Bajaj Capital and vacation rental startup Airbnb and US-based medical technology firm Becton, Dickinson and Company.
“Dockabl is an ‘easy and simple to use’ performance management tool for all organisations to adopt. Given the ease with which it can adapt into multiple design choices, the tool can become the preferred employee performance management tool for startups and enterprises alike,” said Saikiran Krishnamurthy, Co-founder, xto10x.
The acquisition strengthens xto10x’s product suite, which includes 10xGoals (OKR strategy to execution platform) and 10xPeople (employee sentiment analysis and engagement platform). The full product suite will now allow a comprehensive solution for companies to align their objectives, link them to employees’ performance, and manage feedback reviews, all on one single platform.
Xto10X offers tools for startups to grow
Bansal founded Xto10X Technologies in 2018, along with fellow former Flipkart executives, after his exit from the e-commerce company Flipkart, following its acquisition by Walmart. In the new venture, Bansal has been joined by Saikiran Krishnamurthy (Ex-McKinsey, Flipkart & Ola) and Neeraj Aggarwal (Ex-Flipkart & Cure.Fit).
With Xto10X, Bansal plans to help entrepreneurs by offering tools, learning and counseling services to growth-stage startups. In December 2019, the firm stepped into the Southeast Asia market by setting up an office in Singapore.
xto10x offers technology tools, learning and consulting services to startups, which are looking to scale up. The company has worked with over 150 brands, including Cred, Licious, Meesho, ClearTax, Dunzo, upGrad, SuprDaily, Hopscotch, and Sterlite.
