Ampere Electric, the e-mobility business of Greaves Cotton Limited, has announced partnering with BLive based out of Goa, India’s first EV Tourism platform, to promote EV tourism across India.
The services will commence from Goa. These companies will help showcase undiscovered India explored on an Electric Scooter and help tourists embark on a unique journey of discovering the same in a clean and greenway.
Several Indian automakers are now offering high-performance electric two-wheelers and are investing heavily in developing the EV ecosystem. Consumer awareness has increased remarkably, and the demand is robust right now. The Indian EV industry is finally taking off.
Earlier, BLive has partnered with Ather energy to set up five charging booths across Goa by the end-August and 15 by the end of the year. Starting with Goa, BLive will showcase Ather Energy’s electric scooter through product experiences and facilitate pre-booking.
The partnership with Ampere also will serve the same purpose of promoting EV tourism through the BLive platform. Ampere e-scooters are cost-effective and can cover long distances in one single charge, thus providing uninterrupted movement across tourist spots. In addition, they can be charged easily across any plug-on-the-wall, much like usual mobile phones.

Every traveler is conscious of the carbon footprint and there is a growing awareness of sustainable travel, especially in the Post Covid world. Sustainability spans across the environment to promote the local community.
