T-Hub, India’s leading innovation ecosystem, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with BEYOND4, an intelligent multi-tier accelerator ecosystem based in Malaysia, to drive cross-border innovation between India and Malaysia. This MoU, signed at the India-ASEAN Startup Summit (IASS) in Kuala Lumpur, aims to benefit startups in both countries by focusing on five key areas.
The partnership will foster a supportive ecosystem for exchanging knowledge and best practices. By enhancing innovation through shared expertise, startups can thrive in an environment that promotes growth and collaboration. Several key dignitaries attended the MoU signing, including S.T. Rubaneswaran (STR), Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of BEYOND4 Malaysia.
S.T. Rubaneswaran, Hub CEO, said, “This partnership of T-Hub with BEYOND4 is a significant step towards fostering a robust and dynamic startup ecosystem. Our combined efforts will drive innovation, facilitate investments, and support startups in scaling new heights of innovation and developing cutting-edge products and solutions that benefit local and global markets.
BEYOND4’s Global Expansion

Rubaneswaran emphasized this goal at the MYStartup Pre-Accelerator Cohort 1 Demo Day: “We are here to help you achieve the dreams of being a successful startup. We aim to create profitable startups in three years, not just unicorns.”

Earlier, Rubaneswaran had outlined that BEYOND4’s startup accelerator programs, which include three phases: identify, build, and scale. Once you identify startups, the next step is to build them. This involves business strategies, partnerships, market-entry, shared services, operations, finance, legal support, talent acquisition, and fundraising.
This strategic partnership between T-Hub and BEYOND4 aims to create a thriving ecosystem for startups in India and Malaysia, driving cross-border innovation and collaboration.
Rubaneswaran said, “The collaboration between T-Hub and BEYOND4 will forge a dynamic ecosystem for innovation, breaking down cultural and geographical barriers. By combining our strengths, we will provide startups with accelerated access to cutting-edge technologies and expanded funding opportunities.
