The existing teleconsultation services follow a schedule and transact model with no monitoring and follow-up. The dire need in such a scenario is for a virtual care system built for this modern era focusing on preventive and proactive care that is holistic and engaging for families and corporates.

Would you please briefly inform us of the specifics of the client base?
Our client base includes families and corporates. Ultimately individuals benefit from Resolute memberships.
How are your clients benefiting from your services? Would you please explain with an example?
We enable our clients to achieve health and well-being outcomes. For example, through our family health design tool, families can assess and design their home care preparedness, optimize their kitchen, health insurance, air quality, etc. Also, our virtual primary care system is very intuitive and engaging through our care cycle approach rather than a one-off tele-consult. A care team and smart technology will help you stay engaged and recover faster.
What are your expansion plans and how do you plan to move forward in the future?
We have a target internally to expand to 100+ corporates and 5000+ families this year. Our product and solution stack is ready to scale.
How will Resolute enable value for the collective ecosystem participants through the market network?
Our care delivery includes in-house capabilities and a network of care providers we work with. It has curated diagnostics, specialist doctors, pharmacies, and insurance providers. Our value to the network participants will be sustained demand, insight sharing, and financial outcomes.
Would you please elaborate on how Resolute has taken up the challenges ailing the teleconsultation services and solved them?
Our approach is not a one-off consultation. We take a new construct called Care Cycle. Right from symptom emergence, consultation, diagnosis, treatment and recovery, we stay with our members throughout the journey.
With the today’s online consultation offerings, the patient determines when to meet a doctor after the emergence of symptoms. Most of the interactions will end with a prescription and follow-ups are based on patient’s choice even when mandated by the doctor. Care engagement is high, and outcomes are much better with this approach.
During the treatment, there is no monitoring except it is escalated by the patient due to worsening symptoms. Also, the experience is broken if diagnostics is part of the episode as it is done outside the workflow. Further, there is no emphasis on recovery or rehabilitation with personalized prevention guidelines for the future.
Would you please talk with data about the demand for such services and how they will evolve in the future?
Telemedicine has just started. It will involve a longitudinal care journey than one of the interventions. Both consumer and clinician tools got to evolve to make this a reality. At Resolute, we are working towards building virtual care for the modern era.
What are some of your current focus areas?
We have two major product offerings – Precision wellness, a hyper-personalized wellness journey, and Active Care, a premium virtual care system that is always on and concierge-led.
